This is a full-time, on-site position, perfect for individuals with strong sales experience and excellent communication skills who are ready to take on a rewarding challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers
- Clearly present Cartrack’s products and services and highlight their benefits
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow up on leads via phone, email, and online channels
- Deliver professional, high-quality customer service
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of outbound sales experience in a Call Centre environment
- Proven ability to sell to key decision-makers (B2C)
- Grade 12 certificate
- Fluent in English
- Strong and professional telephonic communication skills
