Ampath Laboratories is looking for a motivated Lab Helper to join our team. This role is key to keeping our laboratory clean, organised, and safe, ensuring that our staff can deliver accurate diagnostics and quality healthcare services efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
- Keep laboratory work areas clean and hygienic
- Prepare, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment and glassware
- Assist with general lab tasks and administrative duties
- Organise workspaces according to safety and operational standards
- Support laboratory staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Who We’re Looking For:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Basic numeracy skills (simple calculations and percentages)
- Eager to learn and work in a healthcare environment
- No prior experience needed – we will train you
