RCL FOODS, a leading company in the food industry, is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated Van Sheet Clerk to join our team in Pretoria West. As a Van Sheet Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all driver documentation, invoices, and records are processed accurately and on time. You will work closely with the Van Sheet Controller and support daily distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process daily driver van sheets, credit notes, returns, and manual invoices
- Ensure all previous day processing is completed by 11:00 AM each morning
- Reconcile driver and IDC documentation and obtain proper sign-off
- Scan, upload, and manage Proof of Delivery (PODs), invoices, and claims on company systems
- Investigate and resolve any POD or pricing discrepancies promptly
- Ensure route quantities match dispatch quantities
- Maintain proper filing, record-keeping, and workplace organization
- Assist drivers with van sheet and reconciliation queries
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer literacy and document management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team player with a high level of responsibility and accountability
