📌 Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Assist and advise customers on products and store queries.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
Merchandising & Stock Management:
- Merchandize bulk stock safely according to store layout plans.
- Ensure shelves are stocked and correctly labelled with prices.
- Report damaged or missing stock to the Store Manager.
Housekeeping & Safety:
- Maintain a clean, obstacle-free store environment.
- Ensure customer and staff safety according to OHSA guidelines.
- Complete checklists for canteen, toilets, and showers as required.

✅ Requirements
- Minimum Grade 10 (NQF 3) with 1 year of relevant experience, or Grade 12 without experience.
- Ability to communicate in English and the dominant local language.
- Valid South African ID or work permit.
- Basic math and calculation skills.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
