Role Overview – Cleaning Supervisor
Tsebo is hiring an experienced Cleaning Supervisor in Johannesburg to manage daily cleaning operations in the Inland Region. This role ensures high hygiene standards, workplace safety, and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff and daily cleaning operations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Maintain cleaning schedules, staff records, and incident reports.
- Train cleaning staff on procedures, standards, and Tsebo protocols.
- Handle client queries and escalate issues when required.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Health and Safety training is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a cleaning environment, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Qualifications
- Minimum: Grade 12 / Matric
