Job Title: Team Member

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and greet every guest warmly and professionally
- Take and process orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food according to Nando’s high standards
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the restaurant
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales and service targets
Requirements
- Matriculation Certificate (Grade 12) preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive, energetic attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Prior experience in food service or retail is an advantage
