Job Description
The purpose of this role is to support the Production team by performing general operational duties in various production areas including Cream Pack Ampak, Plastic 2L ESL, Crate Handling, and Carton 2 Litre sections.
Successful candidates will assist with tasks such as shrink-wrapping products, sorting damaged goods, loading materials, cleaning production areas, and ensuring that all operational processes run efficiently.
This role plays an important part in maintaining product quality, workplace safety, and overall production efficiency.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 / National Certificate (NQF Level 4)
- Fluent in Business English
- Ability to work in extreme conditions
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Must be able to pass readiness assessments

Duties and Responsibilities
The General Worker will be responsible for performing various basic operational tasks in the production department, including:
- Completing assigned tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Handling and moving products within the production area
- Sorting damaged products and assisting with packaging processes
- Performing shrink-wrapping and loading tasks
- Complying with Health and Safety regulations
- Maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping standards
- Assisting with any additional tasks required by management
