Job Description

The iStore Call Centre Agent will serve as the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for providing assistance with product enquiries, technical support, and general customer service queries. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, and a passion for assisting customers.

This position offers flexible working hours, requiring a total of one hundred and eight hours per month, making it suitable for individuals who are not available for full time employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support and assistance in line with iStore trading hours
• Handle customer complaints, enquiries, and requests in a professional manner
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence
• Provide telephonic technical support and assist with troubleshooting
• Record and log all incoming calls accurately
• Assist customers with repair status updates and related queries
• Follow contact centre processes, procedures, and company policies
• Meet and exceed performance targets and service standards

Minimum Requirements

• Matric Certificate or equivalent qualification
• Valid South African identification document
• A minimum of one year experience in a call centre environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
