FlySafair, one of South Africa’s leading low-cost airlines, is looking for dedicated Call Centre Agents to join their Head Office in Johannesburg. This is a great opportunity for individuals with excellent customer service skills and experience in a fast-paced call centre environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a FlySafair Call Centre Agent, your main duties will include:
- Receiving and responding to calls from passengers and customers
- Resolving queries, delays, cancellations, and complaints professionally
- Explaining airline processes and assisting customers effectively
- Working in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
- Communicating clearly, both verbally and in writing
Requirements for Applicants
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following essential requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
- 1–4 years of call centre experience
- Excellent English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing)
- Strong computer literacy
- No criminal or credit record
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays
Advantageous Qualifications:
- Travel or relevant certification
- Own transport

Shift Details
Shift options include:
- 07:00 – 16:00
- 08:00 – 17:00
- 09:00 – 18:00
- 10:00 – 19:00
All shifts include weekends and public holidays.
