🎓 Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- ABET Certificate (Grade 9 or equivalent)
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment
- Understanding of gardening and general maintenance work
- Ability to work in outdoor and physically demanding conditions
- Prior experience in a similar environment is an advantage
🧰 Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance duties (gardening, painting, weed control, firebreak maintenance)
- Assist with infrastructure upkeep including canals, pipelines, dams, and buildings
- Conduct routine inspections of departmental facilities
- Report faults, damages, and safety risks to supervisors
- Load and offload equipment and tools safely
- Apply Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards
- Carry out additional general duties as assigned
