Job Description
Feedem Catering is looking for a reliable Waiter / Cleaner to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for serving customers, taking food and beverage orders, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant and surrounding areas.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 1–2 years experience as a waiter or cleaner
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and set tables for meals and special events
- Take and process customer orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages in a professional manner
- Recommend menu items and inform customers about specials
- Ensure customer satisfaction during and after service
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas and assigned spaces
- Assist with general cleaning duties as required
