Job Description
The Trainee Train Assistant will support the Train Driver in the safe and efficient operation of trains, ensuring that freight and cargo are delivered on time and in good condition. The role includes locomotive preparation, safety checks, shunting, and assisting during train operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with locomotive preparation and brake testing
- Perform pre-trip inspections to meet safety standards
