Job Description
The People Delivery Assistant will provide HR administrative support to the Divisional People Partner and Regional HR teams. This role focuses on maintaining employee records, assisting with HR processes, and supporting overall people management functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee databases and HR records
- Provide administrative and clerical HR support
- Compile HR documents, reports, and audit records
- Handle HR-related queries (leave, payroll, employee benefits)
- Coordinate staff training, events, and engagement activities
- Manage uniforms and PPE distribution
- Assist with weekly and monthly HR reporting
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an HR administrative role
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and labour legislation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail
