What’s This Internship About?
You’ll be joining Lesedi’s ICT team, where your role will focus on supporting the company’s digital systems and processes. It’s a mix of system admin, ERP support, SharePoint updates, user training, and compliance tasks.

What You’ll Do:
System Support & Admin
- Run system checks
- Handle user profiles for ERP (specifically IFS)
- Update SharePoint content
- Track and manage licenses
User Support & Training
- Assist with helpdesk queries
- Manage and resolve IFS tickets
- Train staff on PR creation, time registration, and other modules
- Create training guides and manuals
Process Management
- Raise purchase requisitions
- Process ERP time bookings
- Manage admin support in line with business processes
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain clear manuals and documentation
- Help with internal audits
- Make sure IT policies are followed
Minimum Requirements:
To qualify, you need:
- A Diploma or Degree in Information Systems
- Excel skills (ideally a certification)
- Basic IT knowledge and good understanding of Microsoft 365
It would be great if you also have:
- ERP systems experience (IFS preferred)
- SharePoint admin exposure
- Microsoft 365 certifications
Key Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT environment
- Comfortable with the Microsoft 365 Suite and Excel
- Able to document processes and provide user training
- Great communication—both written and verbal
- Able to troubleshoot and solve issues independently
