✅ Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must have:
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or NQF Level 4 qualification
- Post-matric certificate in Computer Operations or Computer Practice
- Computer Literacy Certificate
- Experience in data capturing and raw data analysis
- Knowledge of file and records management
- Ability to design forms and maintain backup systems
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Data Capturing: Enter information from various sources into databases, spreadsheets, and tables
- Data Verification: Check and correct missing or incorrect data; ensure accuracy of all captured data
- Data Management: Maintain updated registers, perform regular backups, and secure all data
- Record Keeping: Organize and maintain files, provide data support to relevant departments
