Key Duties and Responsibilities
The Administration Clerk will assist the Information Management Unit with:
- Collecting and managing data from various Functional Business Units (FBU)
- Ensuring accurate daily, weekly, and monthly data capturing and reporting
- Conducting data verification and reconciliation
- Generating weekly and monthly system reports
- Maintaining departmental filing and records systems
- Attending data-related meetings and training
- Performing additional administrative duties when required
