Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

Grade 10, ABET Level 4, N1, or an equivalent qualification.
Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Willingness to work under pressure.
Ability to perform physically demanding cleaning duties.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and night duty.
Readiness to rotate to different departments when required.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

Cleaning hospital wards, offices, passages, toilets, and public areas.
Mopping floors and cleaning windows, doors, walls, bed frames, steps, and refrigerators.
Dusting furniture and window sills.
Operating floor polishing machines and other cleaning equipment.
Using cleaning chemicals correctly and safely.
Following Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
Assisting with additional cleaning duties assigned by supervisors.
