Minimum Requirements

• Grade 10 (NQF Level 3) with at least 1 year of relevant work experience, or
• Grade 12 (Matric) with no previous work experience required
• Ability to communicate in English and the dominant language spoken in the area
• Valid South African ID or a valid work permit

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Assist customers with product information and purchases.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Deliver friendly and efficient customer service.

Merchandising

• Ensure shelves are fully stocked according to store layout and planograms.
• Merchandise bulk stock safely.
• Maintain accurate shelf price labels.

Housekeeping

• Keep work areas clean, tidy, and free of hazards.
• Ensure stock is packed onto shelves immediately after delivery.
• Complete daily housekeeping checklists.

Health and Safety

• Follow Occupational Health and Safety (OHSA) regulations.
• Use safety equipment where required.
• Report damaged stock and safety hazards to the Store Manager.
• Help reduce stock losses.
