Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Degree (NQF Level 7) in Communication Science or BA Communication
- Must be unemployed and recently qualified
- Must reside within the Nkangala District Municipality area
- A commitment to Employment Equity objectives (candidates from designated groups are encouraged to apply)
Duties and Responsibilities
Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience by performing the following duties:
- Assist in implementing the municipal communication strategy and integrated communication plan
- Coordinate the calendar of events within the municipality
- Disseminate information on NDM activities, events, and programmes to both internal and external stakeholders
- Share Council resolutions and policies across multiple communication channels and media platforms
