Salary Package

The successful candidates will receive an annual salary of:

R228 321 per annum

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements in order to be considered:

  • A Grade 12 (Matric) certificate

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The appointed Personnel Clerks will be responsible for providing Human Resource administrative support, including but not limited to the following duties:

  • Processing promotions and PERSAL-related awards
  • Managing achievement bonuses and remuneration processes
  • Administering housing subsidies and official accommodation
  • Processing leave applications and maintaining leave records
  • Handling staff transfers and movement within the department
  • Processing medical board applications
  • Managing appointments and termination of service processes
  • Assisting with disciplinary administration
  • Managing and controlling departmental assets
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
