Petrol Attendant Job Opportunity in Ixopo
TWK Agri is currently recruiting a Petrol Attendant for its Trade Division in Ixopo, KwaZulu-Natal. This role is suitable for candidates seeking an entry-level position in the automotive and retail fuel service industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring safe fuel handling, and maintaining a clean and efficient forecourt environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely refuel petrol and diesel vehicles according to customer requests
- Process cash and card payments using point-of-sale systems
- Issue accurate receipts for all transactions
- Clean vehicle windshields and assist with basic vehicle checks (tyre pressure and fluid levels)
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the fuel station forecourt
- Prepare daily fuel and oil reports
- Manage waste disposal by emptying bins and transporting waste to designated areas
- Report fuel shortages, equipment issues, or maintenance needs to management
- Assist with loading, delivery, and general site duties when required
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Strong communication skills
- Honest, reliable, and responsible attitude
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
- Customer service oriented
