β Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- 1β2 yearsβ experience in registry or records management
- Computer literate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
π Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Attend to clients and respond to enquiries
- File, store, trace, and retrieve documents
- Maintain accurate registry records
- Scan and prepare files for archiving
- Ensure compliance with postal regulations
