Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling daily client service requests
- Managing financial and administrative duties
- Handling petty cash and cash claims
- Assisting with fraud complaints and investigations
- Preparing weekly and monthly statistics reports
- Maintaining internal systems and records
- Assisting clients with funeral arrangements and new policies
- Supporting risk management processes
- Delivering professional customer service
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must have:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Category B FAIS Accreditation
- Clear criminal record
- Clear ITC credit record
- Good communication skills in English and two African languages
- Computer literacy
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Customer service and client relations experience
Experience Required
Applicants should have:
- 1–2 years’ experience in life assurance, policy maintenance, or client services
- 1–2 years administrative experience
Experience using the AVBOB Production System will be an added advantage.
