About the Role
The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, operating the point of sale (POS) system, promoting the Clicks ClubCard programme, and ensuring that merchandising and housekeeping standards are maintained throughout the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash and electronic payments safely.
- Promote and sign up new Clicks ClubCard members.
- Inform customers about current promotions and special offers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Assist with merchandising and stock displays.
- Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
- Stay informed about products, promotions, and store events.
Minimum Requirements
Education
- Grade 12 (Matric) – Essential
- Mathematics and English at 50% or above – Advantageous
Experience
- Previous experience in a retail, FMCG, or customer-facing environment will be an advantage.
