Job Description
The successful candidate will support warehouse operations, sales activities, and administrative duties while ensuring excellent customer service and efficient stock management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service, including reception and switchboard duties
- Assist customers with Cash & Carry sales
- Process sales orders, returns, and credit notes
- Handle daily cash-ups, floats, banking, and COD payments
- Maintain accurate filing, invoicing, and administrative records
- Follow up on Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation
- Ensure stock control and shelf price accuracy
- Monitor top-selling product availability
- Assist with weekly cycle counts and quarterly stock takes
- Maintain health, safety, and food safety standards
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Matric certificate or equivalent NQF qualification
- Valid driver’s licence
- Experience in administration, customer service, sales, or cash handling
- Stock or warehouse experience is advantageous
- Fluent in English
- Computer literate
