What the Learnership Involves

Participants in the learnership will gain:

  • Theoretical training at the CTC (Central Training Centre)
  • On-the-job practical experience alongside experienced artisans
  • Competency-based modules and assessments
  • Preparation for a trade test (completion of all modules and assessments required)

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Grade 12 (Matric) and N2 technical qualification with relevant trade subjects
  • Strong understanding of safety systems, regulations, and standards
  • Willingness to work shifts, standby, and call-outs when required
  • Certificate of Fitness (or ability to obtain one)
  • Valid driver’s license (advantageous/required depending on trade)
