Remote Admin Clerk – South Africa
Company Overview:
Our organization specializes in the Import and Distribution of Products across South Africa. We are seeking a reliable and professional Remote Admin Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within our company.
💰 Salary: R8,000 – R10,000 per month (based on experience)
📅 Closing Date: 16 March 2026
📍 Location: Remote (South Africa)
Key Responsibilities
The Admin Clerk will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
- Liaising with customers and efficiently handling customer queries
- Managing both debtors and creditors
- Supporting day-to-day business operations and projects
- Following company procedures accurately
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and other documentation
- Maintaining accurate records with strong attention to detail
- Being flexible and willing to take on additional duties as required
Requirements & Qualifications
The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Educational & Legal: Clear criminal record and valid driver’s license
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of administrative experience
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, letter writing, and general office software
- Knowledge: Understanding of debtors and creditors management
- Professional Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer relations abilities
- Strong organizational, logical, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Personal Attributes: Proactive, flexible, and willing to learn and grow with the company
