Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (Matric)
• Valid driver’s licence (advantage)
• Knowledge of labour legislation, including:
  • Employment Services Act
  • Public Service Act and Regulations
  • Batho Pele Principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy and administrative ability
• Problem-solving and interviewing skills

Key Responsibilities

• Register job seekers on the ESSA system
• Capture employment and learning opportunities
• Refer candidates for employment counselling services
• Provide administrative support for job placement processes
• Assist with outreach and awareness campaigns
• Perform general office administrative duties
