Are you looking for a retail learnership opportunity in the Eastern Cape? SPAR South Africa is inviting young and energetic individuals to apply for its 2026 Retail Learnership Programme at Rink Street Kwikspar in Port Elizabeth.
This 1-year learnership programme is designed to provide unemployed youth with valuable retail and wholesale experience while gaining practical workplace skills.
Available Learnership Programmes
Level 3: Wholesale and Retail Operations
- Stock Control
- Retail Outlet Operations
Level 4: Generic Management
- Wholesale and Retail Management
Learnership Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be between 18 and 27 years old
- Have a minimum Grade 12 qualification
- Be fluent in English
- Be energetic, friendly, honest, and self-motivated
- Be able to work retail hours, weekends, shifts, and public holidays
- Be able to work under pressure
- Have good attention to detail
- Understand workplace health and safety
- Work independently with minimal supervision
Important Documents Required
Applicants must submit:
- Certified copy of ID (not older than 3 months)
- Certified copy of Grade 12 certificate (not older than 3 months)
No experience is required for this learnership programme.
