Key Responsibilities

Project Accounting

• Monitor project budgets and expenditure
• Track project costs and financial performance
• Prepare project cost reports and variance analyses
• Support revenue recognition processes
• Ensure accurate project cost allocation and coding
• Assist with profitability analysis and project forecasting
• Identify financial risks and cost overruns

Financial Reporting

• Assist with monthly management accounts
• Process journals and accruals
• Perform balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end financial processes
• Assist with financial statements and management reports

Budgeting and Forecasting

• Support annual budgeting activities
• Assist with monthly and quarterly forecasts
• Compile financial information for performance reporting

Compliance and Governance

• Support internal and external audit processes
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Assist with tax and regulatory requirements

Operational Finance Support

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions
• Support cash flow monitoring
• Perform supplier reconciliations
• Contribute to finance process improvements

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Diploma in Accounting
• Strong academic record
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
