🔧 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Technical qualification in Electrical, Plumbing, or General Maintenance
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a maintenance or handyman environment
- Valid Driver’s Licence

The following will be considered advantageous:
- National Diploma or higher in a relevant technical field
- More than 3 years’ practical maintenance experience
- Computer literacy and basic administrative skills
⚙️ KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES)
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Performing general building maintenance and repairs
- Conducting electrical and plumbing fault finding and minor repairs
- Ensuring all equipment and facilities remain in optimal working condition
- Reporting defects and maintenance issues to the Facilities Manager
- Installing fixtures, fittings, shelving, and office equipment
- Replacing lights and maintaining office utilities
- Performing routine inspections of buildings and assets
- Moving furniture, equipment, and heavy objects when required
- Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards
- Supporting office operations such as replenishing copier supplies
- Conducting general maintenance walkabouts and inspections
- Providing ad hoc driving duties as required by management
