About the Learnership
This programme aims to equip learners with the knowledge and practical expertise needed to maintain road safety and enforce traffic laws effectively. Successful candidates will be appointed as Traffic Learner Officers and receive a stipend of R67 675.56 per annum.

Minimum Entry Requirements
Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
- Hold a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Be aged between 18 and 35 years.
- Possess a valid Code B (manual) driving licence.
- Have no criminal record.
- Have no visible tattoos that conflict with professional standards.
- Be medically fit and submit a medical certificate confirming ability to perform strenuous physical activities.
- Not be declared unfit to possess a firearm under the Firearms Control Act, 2000.
- Be willing to work shifts on a 24/7 basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Be a South African citizen with valid proof of identification.
Key Skills Needed
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle confidently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
