About the Coca-Cola Learnership Programme
The Coca-Cola Visual Merchandiser Learnership is designed to equip learners with commercial knowledge and hands-on experience in merchandising and retail execution.
Learners will support customers, assist with order taking, implement merchandising standards, and help improve product visibility in stores within a designated geographical area.
The programme reports to the Account Developer and offers valuable exposure to the sales and marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
In-Store Merchandising
- Implementing visual merchandising standards

- Monitoring product availability and visibility in stores
- Executing merchandising activities according to brand guidelines
Customer Support
- Assisting customers with the MyCCBA ordering platform
- Supporting promotional campaigns and marketing activities
- Building positive relationships with retail customers
Sales and Operational Support
- Executing daily call schedules across assigned outlets
- Completing iRED surveys and merchandising scorecards
- Providing relief support when required by management
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Coca-Cola Learnership 2026, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy (minimum 40%)
- English and a second language passed with at least 40%
- South African citizen
- Between the ages of 18 and 35
- Must be unemployed at the time of appointment
- Must not be registered for another learnership or full-time studies
- Must not have completed the same qualification previously
- No criminal record or adverse credit record
