PPRA Real Estate Learnership 2026 in Limpopo | R5 500 Monthly Stipend

The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority, together with Risima and Services SETA, is offering a Real Estate Learnership Programme 2026 for unemployed youth and women in Limpopo.

This 12-month learnership programme aims to help Previously Disadvantaged Individuals (PDIs) gain qualifications, workplace experience, and professional skills within the South African property and real estate industry.

Successful learners will receive a monthly stipend of R5 500 while completing the programme.

About the Learnership Programme

The programme forms part of the “One Learner, One Property Practitioner” initiative, which supports the development of future Non-Principal Property Practitioners (NPPPs) in South Africa.

Participants will receive:

  • Accredited real estate training

  • Industry exposure within the property sector
  • Support to prepare for the PPRA Professional Designation Examination (PDE 4)

The initiative focuses strongly on empowering youth and women in Limpopo.


Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Certified copy of South African ID
  • Certified copies of qualifications
  • Must currently reside in Limpopo
  • Interest in real estate and property careers

Preference may be given to youth and women applicants.
