About PSETA Skills Development Programmes

The Public Service Sector Education and Training Authority (PSETA) empowers unemployed youth and public sector employees by nurturing a skilled workforce for national and provincial departments, public entities, and legislatures. Funded by the Department of Higher Education and Training, PSETA offers learnerships, bursaries, internships, and skills programmes in fields like Public Administration and Human Resource Management, aligning with the National Skills Development Plan 2030.

Application Process

Postal applications can be sent to PO Box 11303, Hatfield, 0028. Include a CV, certified copies of your ID, qualifications (Grade 12, diploma/degree, or acceptance letter for bursaries), and proof of residence (certified within the last 6 months). Specify the programme (e.g., Learnership: Public Administration, Bursary: BAdmin). Incomplete applications or late submissions will not be considered.
