About the Programme
The Sasol Administration Learnership is a 12-month, fixed-term programme that blends classroom training with practical workplace exposure. Participants will develop core skills in:
- Business Operations and Customer Service
- Basic Business Accounting
- Computer Literacy
- Communication and Maths Literacy
- Entrepreneurship
During the workplace phase, learners will support departmental managers and staff, gaining first-hand experience in a professional environment.
Minimum Requirements
To apply, you must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Have a completed Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- Be living with a disability (proof may be required)
- Have a genuine interest in office administration
- Be committed to completing the full 12-month programme
Responsibilities During the Learnership
- Attend and fully participate in all scheduled training sessions
- Perform assigned tasks and meet learning outcomes
- Offer administrative support in various departments
- Learn and apply Sasol’s internal systems, policies, and procedures
