Job Description
The successful candidate will work across multiple cinema functions, including box office sales, catering, and customer service support. You will be expected to deliver excellent guest experiences while maintaining operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate as cashier at box office and food & beverage counters
- Prepare cinema snacks such as popcorn, slush, and refreshments
- Assist customers and support daily cinema operations
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and service areas
- Ensure product displays, posters, and promotional materials are updated
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
- Support shift preparation and stock management
- Uphold professional conduct and company standards
- Assist in maintaining product quality and presentation
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 0–1 year work experience (advantageous)
- Basic MS Office skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Advantage: Experience with VISTA/MYCC systems
