About the Motus Vehicle Sales Trainee Learnership
The Motus Vehicle Sales Trainee Learnership 2025–2026 is a structured 12-month programme designed for young professionals eager to launch a career in vehicle sales. The programme combines:
- Theoretical training through structured assessments
- Hands-on experience at Motus dealerships
- Mentorship and guidance from industry experts
By the end of the learnership, successful participants will earn a Sales Training qualification while gaining practical experience in one of South Africa’s most dynamic industries.
This learnership offers the perfect balance between academic learning and on-the-job exposure, giving trainees the opportunity to join a dealership sales team and interact directly with customers.
Motus operates over 90 dealerships across South Africa, and participants will be based in Gauteng North and West, gaining access to real industry opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Motus Vehicle Sales Trainee Learnership, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a South African citizen
- Be between the ages of 18 and 34
- Hold a valid driver’s licence with a safe driving record
- Possess a Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
- Have a clear criminal and credit record
- Show a strong willingness to learn
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Present a professional and neat appearance
- Be energetic, outgoing, and goal-driven
- Maintain a social media presence and the ability to create content
- Exhibit self-discipline, resilience, and punctuality
- Previous experience in sales or marketing will be an advantage
