The South African Weather Service (SAWS) is offering an exciting opportunity for unemployed TVET College graduates to gain practical workplace experience through the Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme 2025. This structured programme runs for 18 months and is designed to equip learners with hands-on skills relevant to the weather service and broader administrative environments.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Completed N6 in Management Assistant.
- Unemployed for less than 1 year after completing N6.
- Must submit the following documents:
- Certificate of Achievement
- College letter confirming intent to complete the Diploma
- Comprehensive CV clearly outlining ID, address, and contact information
- People living with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply. Applicants must attach a doctor’s confirmation letter of disability.
Stipend & Benefits
- Monthly stipend: R5 500
- Learners are responsible for their own accommodation and transport to the SAWS offices.
- Please note: SAWS is not obligated to offer employment after programme completion.
