Main Duties and Responsibilities

Inbound and Outbound Warehouse Operations

The Warehouse Team Leader will:

Manage picking, loading, receiving, and unloading of stock
Ensure products are staged accurately for outbound delivery
Support efficient inbound stock movement
Monitor replenishment of warehouse picking areas
Improve operational efficiency and turnaround times

Stock and Inventory Management

Responsibilities include:

Conducting daily stock counts
Monitoring inventory accuracy
Managing stock rotation using FIFO principles
Reducing stock shortages and discrepancies
Ensuring proper stacking and storage procedures

Product Quality Management

The successful candidate must:

Maintain product quality standards

Minimum Requirements

Educational Qualifications
