Key Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve store sales targets and budgets.
- Monitor sales performance and improve store profitability.
Stock Control
- Manage inventory levels and stock movement.
- Implement strategies to reduce stock losses.
Store Operations
- Ensure proper store layout, merchandising, and presentation.
- Manage front-office and back-office operations including cash handling.
Customer Service
- Maintain a customer-focused retail environment.
- Resolve customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
Staff Development
- Train and mentor employees.
- Improve team product knowledge and performance.
